My Story

I am Dennis, I love food, traveling, my friends, marketing and football. For the past 10 years, I have been traveling to different corners of the world. India, Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand, Peru, Nepal, Norway, Italy, Spain,… Every country has something unique and a different view of food. The different flavors, aromas, and spices that you find everywhere have only increased my interest in food.

By preparing dishes from different kitchens I have noticed that it is extremely important to prepare the basic ingredients in the correct way. This not only gives your dish the unique taste it should have but also makes it simply delicious!

 On the internet, you will find a lot of explanations about how to prepare basic ingredients correctly. But these are never bundled in one place and you always find other ways. That has inspired me to start a blog to give my personal correct preparations.
